视网膜中心动脉阻塞和视网膜中心动脉脂肪栓塞症眼底听见与病理改变不同。 眼底听见特征: 视网膜中心动脉阻塞时,网膜血行突然中断,因视网膜动脉是终末动脉,故供应部位的网膜块血、坏死。网膜血管主要营养网膜内层(从内界膜至内核目),网膜动脉的血行中断,限于网膜的内层坏死。网膜外层(从外丛状层至色素上皮层)是脉络膜血管营养,故不出现坏死。网膜缺血性的坏死,呈乳白色混浊。黄斑部中心凹是网膜外层构成的,由脉络膜血管来营养的,故不坏死。该组织保持透明,可透见脉络膜的颜色,早樱桃红色。网膜动脉的血行中断,后极部网膜混浊,从赤道部到周边部网膜混浊不明显。因周边部网膜薄,眼底不易看出混浊,后极部网膜的内层厚,所以混浊明显。
