厦门市社会福利院在管理中,坚持“以老人为本”的理念,以最大限度满足老人需求为工作目标,坚持求真务实的工作作风,让挂在墙上的规章制度、服务承诺变为行动,变为现实。为达到上述工作目标,提高服务质量是关键,而服务质量的高低,往往取决于员工素质。因此,建设一支知识化、专业化、职业化的护理员队伍,是提高服务质量的前提和保证。主要开展如下工作:
