鉴于目前尚未见关于儿童缺铁性贫血血液酸硷平衡改变的报道,为此,作者研究61例年龄为6个月-14岁各型缺铁性贫血患者的血液酸硷平衡状态,其中16例为小于3岁的婴幼儿营养不良性缺铁性贫血,15例为早产儿晚发性贫血,15例感染性缺铁性贫血,15例学龄儿童缺铁性贫血。同时调查12名3-14岁健康儿童作为对照组。研究结果表明,血液酸硷平衡改变最显著者为早产儿和感染性缺铁性贫血,其改变的总趋势为发生代偿性酸中毒(pH7.37-7.38;正常值7.38±0.006),
