拉伸成形是飞机蒙皮零件的主要成形方式之一。在蒙皮拉形工艺分析软件中设置主要工艺参数,并在有限元仿真软件中对各种参数组合下的蒙皮拉形过程进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果,优化工艺参数;针对优化结果,再进行有限元仿真分析和生产性试验。对试验中毛料的应变和厚度进行测量,并对比试验和仿真中零件的应变分布、减薄率分布等指标,两者符合较好。同时,针对仿真与试验中出现的起皱相差较大的现象,进行了初步分析。
