“升旗仪式讲话”不仅是对少年儿童进行爱国主义教育的重要形式,也是锻炼队员能力和胆量的舞台。以往,很多学校都是由大队部指派或由班干部推荐的学生干部、三好学生在升旗仪式上代表全体学生讲话。这种方式的局限性很大,不能保证人人参与,很容易使“升旗仪式讲话”演变为少数人展示演讲才能的“舞台”。
“The speech at the flag-raising ceremony” is not only an important form of patriotic education for young children, but also a stage for exercising the abilities and courage of players.
