目的研究应用异种(猪)脱细胞真皮基质(以下简称“猪基质”)治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者血清中TNF-α水平的变化。方法收集我院2006年8月~2007年10月住院应用猪基质治疗的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者44例,所有患者入院后经简单清创后全部应用猪基质将创面覆盖,分别于伤后第1、3、7、10d抽取其静脉血并行血清TNF-α水平的测定。结果患者伤后第3d血清TNF-α水平显著高于伤后第1d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.01),且高于伤后第10d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05);同时伤后第7d血清TNF-α水平高于伤后第1d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤患者应用猪基质治疗后其血清TNF-α具有明显的变化规律,了解这一变化规律对于患者烧伤后应用猪基质治疗具有重要指导意义。
Objective To study the changes of serum TNF-α levels in patients with deep second degree burn treated with xenogenic (porcine) acellular dermal matrix (hereinafter referred to as “porcine matrix”). Methods Forty-four patients with deep-second degree burn who were treated with porcine matrix in our hospital from August 2006 to October 2007 were collected. All the patients were covered with porcine matrix after simple debridement, , 3,7,10 d were taken venous blood parallel determination of serum TNF-α levels. Results The level of serum TNF-α in the third day after injury was significantly higher than that on the first day after injury (P <0.01), and higher than that on the 10th day after injury (P <0.05). At the same time, the level of TNF- Serum levels of TNF-α on the 7th day were higher than those on the 1st day after injury (P <0.05). Conclusion The serum TNF-α in pigs with deep second degree burn is obviously changed after application of porcine matrix metalloproteinases. It is important to understand the change rule in pigs treated with porcine matrix after burn.
