目的 探讨利多卡因对深静脉血栓形成(DVT)危险因素的影响.方法 择期手术患者30例,随机分为利多卡因组和对照组,每组15例.利多卡因组在麻醉诱导后静脉注射利多卡因1 mg/kg,持续泵33.4 nag·100 kg~(-1)·h~(-1);对照组不用利多卡因.两组在麻醉前和术毕采血,测定红细胞过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量.结果 与麻醉手术前比较,对照组LPO显著升高[(6.09±1.87)nmol/L vs.(4.55±0.99)nmol/L](P<0.01),而利多卡因组变化不明显.利多卡因组术毕LPO显著低于对照组[(4.54±1.22)nmol/L vs.(6.09±1.87)nmol/L](P<0.01).结论 术中输注利多卡因可减轻红细胞脂质过氧化,减少DVT的危险.“,”Objective To investigate the influence of lidocaine on the risk factors for deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in surgical patients. Methods Thirty patients undergong selective operations were rnrandomly divided into two groups with 15 cases each. The patients in group L were given a bolus of lidocaine 1 mg/kg,which was followed by an infusion of 33.4 mg·100 kg~(-1)· h~(-1) after anesthesia induction. Group C did not use lidocaine as the control. Venous blood samples were taken for examing lipoperoxide(LPO) on erythrocyte before and at the end of operation. Results Compared to before, LPO level was significantly increased at the end of operation in group C [(6.09±1.87) nmol/L vs.(4. 55±0. 99) nmol/L](P<0. 01) ,which was not in group L. LPO level at the end of operation was rnsignificantly lower in group L than that in group C [(4.54±1.22) nmol/L vs. (6. 09± 1.87) nmol/L](P<0. 01). Conclusion Lidocaine infusion during operation may reduce serun LPO and decrease the risk factors for DVT.
