目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者痰液中锁链素(desmosine)水平,探讨其在吸烟相关COPD发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测老年COPD急性加重期患者中的吸烟者18例、非吸烟者18例及中年COPD吸烟者18例、非吸烟者18例的痰锁链素含量。老年两组及中年两组间年龄均相当(P均>0.05),吸烟两组间吸烟指数相当(P>0.05)。结果老年COPD吸烟患者痰液中锁链素水平[(3.77±0.43)ng/ml]高于老年非吸烟COPD患者[(1.13±0.39)ng/ml](P<0.05)和中年COPD吸烟者[(2.00±0.45)ng/ml](P<0.05),更高于中年COPD非吸烟者[(0.60±0.03)ng/ml](P<0.05)。COPD患者痰液中锁链素水平与吸烟指数呈正相关性(r=0.457,P<0.05)。结论长期吸烟可引起痰液中锁链素水平升高,可能在COPD的发病中起重要作用。老年COPD患者痰液中锁链素水平增高更突出。
Objective To investigate the level of desmosine in sputum of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to explore the role of desmosine in the pathogenesis of smoking-related COPD. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of phlenella in 18 elderly smokers, 18 non-smokers, 18 middle-aged COPD smokers and 18 non-smokers. The age of the two groups was similar to that of the middle aged (P> 0.05), and the smoking index was similar between the two smoking groups (P> 0.05). Results The level of streptavidin in the sputum of elderly patients with COPD was significantly higher than that of the non-smoking COPD patients [(1.13 ± 0.39) ng / ml] ([3.77 ± 0.43] ng / ml] (2.00 ± 0.45) ng / ml] (P <0.05), but higher than that of middle-aged non-smokers with COPD [(0.60 ± 0.03) ng / ml] The level of streptavidin in sputum of COPD patients was positively correlated with smoking index (r = 0.457, P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term smoking can cause elevated levels of streptavidin in sputum and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD. Elderly patients with COPD sputum increased levels of streptavidin more prominent.
