拖拉机和农用运输车等在使用中,由于各种原因,发动机会自动熄火。产生这种故障现象,大多数是缺乏正确使用和预防方法而造成的。排除故障时,又往往只做些临时性的应急修理,因此故障还会重复出现。为此必须彻底清查故障的根本原因,采取相应措施有效加以预防,其主要预防方法如下: (1) 预防燃油中断自动熄火。一是防断油。出车前例行“五查”:查油箱油量、查燃油开关、查沉淀杯积水,查油路渗漏、查油管空气;二是防堵塞。油箱盖通气孔、柴油滤清器、各部位滤网和空气滤清器等定期保养清洗;三是防卡死。燃油沉淀过滤去掉杂质再使用,避免各精密偶件因油脏而卡死。
