目的 :观察降通熄风液配合常规西药治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法 :将 90例患者随机分成 2组 ,治疗组 6 0例用降通熄风液配合常规西药治疗 ;对照组 30例用常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后 2组神经功能缺损积分、意识障碍改变、血压变化、CT及临床疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率 88.3% ,对照组总有效率 76 .7% ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :降通熄风液配合常规西药治疗急性脑出血疗效显著
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangtong Xifeng Liquid combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Jiangtong Xifengye with conventional western medicine and the control group with conventional western medicine. The scores of neurological deficit, disturbance of consciousness, blood pressure, CT and clinical effect were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 88.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group, which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05).
