目的探讨口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响,探寻影响淋巴循环的新方法。方法在兔的口腔建立负压,分别在四肢及耳的固定部位注射定量染料,测量染料到达固定观察部位的时间,并与未建立口腔负压的对照组对比,观察口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响。结果实验组在建立口腔负压后,注射染料到达固定测量部位的时间明显缩短。结论在口腔建立负压,能够影响淋巴动力学,促进淋巴的回流。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral negative pressure on lymphatic dynamics and explore new methods to affect lymphatic circulation. Methods A negative pressure was established in the oral cavity of rabbits. Quantitative dyes were injected into the fixed parts of the limbs and ears to measure the time when the dye reached the fixed observation site. Contrasting with the control group without negative oral pressure, the effect of oral negative pressure on lymphokinetics Impact. Results After the establishment of oral negative pressure in the experimental group, the time for the injected dye to reach the fixed measurement site was significantly shortened.
