为了构建并实施一套科学、合理、可行、便捷的高职教师业绩评价体系,本论文在对多所高职院校深入调研的基础上,提出了当前高职院校教师评价领域存在的十大突出问题:评价目的的单向度倾向明显;教师评价的高职特色不突出;教师评价与工学结合、学分制改革不配套;评价主体界定模糊、职责不明;评价对象泛化严重;评价内容缺乏全面性和整合性;评价过程监控弱化;评价结果运用与反馈功能不足等。
In order to build and implement a set of scientific, reasonable, feasible and convenient vocational teacher performance appraisal system, this paper puts forward the ten existing fields of appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges on the basis of in-depth research on a number of higher vocational colleges. The major outstanding problems are: the one-way tendency of appraisal purpose is obvious; the characteristic of higher vocational education is not prominent in teacher appraisal; the teacher appraisal is not consistant with the combination of work and study and credit system; the subject of appraisal is ambiguous and the duty is unknown; Lack of comprehensiveness and integration; weakening of evaluation process monitoring; lack of application of evaluation results and feedback.
