Objective To understand the hearing impairment of workers caused by productive noise in a tobacco enterprise and provide a scientific basis for preventing occupational noise. Methods 361 workers exposed to noise were chosen as survey subjects to measure the noise intensity of workers’ jobs and perform hearing tests. Results Among 361 noise-exposed workers, 28 cases had hearing loss, accounting for 7.76%. There was no significant difference in hearing impairment between different genders and different ages (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in hearing impairment between working hours with different noise jobs and working conditions with different noise intensity (P <0.01). Gamma correlation analysis showed that with the increase of noise working age and workplace noise intensity, the degree of hearing impairment increased. Conclusions Productive noise is harmful to workers’ hearing, and the degree of hearing loss is closely related to the length of noise operation and the noise intensity in the workplace.
