端粒是真核细胞线性染色体末端特定的核苷酸序列 ,对染色体起到保护作用。端粒酶是一种具有模板的逆转录酶 ,激活后能以自身为模板合成端粒 ,使端粒长度得以稳定 ,细胞获得无限生殖能力成为永生化细胞 ,甚至恶变。目前 ,国内外大量研究表明端粒酶的活化与肺癌的发生、发展有密切关系 ,检测肺癌标本中的端粒酶表达有助与肺癌的早期诊断、病理分期、淋巴转移、预后的诊断 ,并为肺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。
Telomere is a specific nucleotide sequence at the end of the linear chromosome of eukaryotic cells, which protects the chromosomes. Telomerase is a reverse transcriptase with a template. After activation, it can synthesize telomeres using itself as a template, so that the telomere length can be stabilized. The cells can acquire infinite reproductive capacity and become immortalized cells, and even become malignant. At present, a large number of studies at home and abroad show that the activation of telomerase is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Detection of telomerase expression in lung cancer specimens can help with early diagnosis of lung cancer, pathological staging, lymph node metastasis, and prognosis diagnosis. Provides new targets for the treatment of lung cancer.
