采用玻璃包覆提纯技术和水淬或空冷方法制备了块体Pd_82Si_18,Pd_81Si_19,Pd_80Si_20二元块体非晶合金球形样品,直径分别达7~8mm.热分析结果表明,随Si含量的增加,Pd-Si二元块体非晶合金的非晶转变温度T_g、起始晶化温度T_x和晶化峰值温度T_p增加,且Pd-Si二元块体非晶合金的过冷液相区达61K.研究结果表明二元Pd-Si合金具有很强的非晶形成能力,且玻璃包覆提纯显著提高了Pd-Si合金的非晶形成能力.
The spherical bulk samples of Pd_82Si_18, Pd_81Si_19 and Pd_80Si_20 binary bulk amorphous alloys with diameter of 7 ~ 8mm were prepared by glass-coated purification technique and water quenching or air-cooling method, respectively. The thermal analysis results showed that with the increase of Si content, -Si binary amorphous alloy amorphous transition temperature T_g, the initial crystallization temperature T_x and the crystallization peak temperature T_p increases, and Pd-Si binary bulk amorphous alloy supercooled liquid phase reaches 61K. The results show that binary Pd-Si alloy has a strong amorphous formation ability, and glass-coated purification significantly improves the amorphous formation ability of Pd-Si alloy.
