在本文中,我们用探索出的一种简单而又高效的方法对取代苯酚进行了选择性的单硝基化。在室温、0.5当量的硝酸铋、以及丙酮作溶剂的条件下,反应能够在没有多硝基副产物生成的情况下,以51%-95%的分离收率生成所需要的单硝基化产物。
In this article, we explore a simple and efficient method for the selective nitration of substituted phenols. At room temperature, 0.5 equivalents of bismuth nitrate, and acetone as solvent, the reaction was able to produce the desired mononitration product in 51% -95% separation yield without the formation of polynitro-side products .
