本刊讯在夏季,废纸浆容易产生腐浆而生成好氧微生物,好氧微生物细胞内会产生过氧化氢酶,催化过氧化氢分解,从而降低过氧化氢的漂白效率。为此,使用过氧化氢酶控制剂控制细菌含量,减少过氧化氢的无效分解,提高漂白效率。华泰集团使用BUSAN 1466过氧化氢酶控制剂,对脱墨浆车间漂白用多盘浓白水进行处理。处理条件为:过氧化氢酶控制剂(1%浓度)用量30mg/kg,温度50℃,处理时间30min。废纸浆漂白条件为:浆浓10%,温度90℃,漂白时间60min,过氧化氢用量20kg/t,氢氧化钠用量3kg/t,硅酸钠用量25kg/t。

Waste pulp bleaching conditions: 10% consistency, temperature 90 ℃, bleaching time 60min, hydrogen peroxide dosage 20kg / t, sodium hydroxide dosage 3kg / t, sodium silicate dosage 25kg / t.
