强啡肽B是一种新发现的阿片肽。本工作以自制的兔抗强啡肽 B血清建立灵敏的放射免疫测定法,测定了小鼠神经系统与垂体内强啡肽 B免疫活性物质的含量,其中以垂体、下丘脑含量最高。 放射免疫测定结合 Sephadex C-50 层析和HPLC分析的结果表明,小鼠脑内强啡肽B免疫活性物质的主要成分是强啡肽 B,另外也包括了一定量的强啡肽-32和另一未知的分子量更大的成分,但不像大鼠还含有强啡肽 B-29。这种种属特异性的意义有待进一步研究。
Dynorphin B is a newly discovered opioid peptide. In this work, rabbit anti-dynorphin B serum was used to establish a sensitive radioimmunoassay. The content of dynorphin B immunoreactive substance in the nervous system and pituitary of mice was determined. The contents of pituitary and hypothalamus were the highest. Radioimmunoassay combined with Sephadex C-50 chromatography and HPLC analysis showed that the main component of the dynorphin B immunologically active substance in the brain of the mice was dynorphin B, in addition to a certain amount of dynorphin-32 and Another unknown component of greater molecular weight, but unlike rats also contains dynorphin B-29. The significance of this species-specific remains to be further studied.
