针对1.2 Mt/a国产连续重整装置四合一加热炉排烟温度高、造成装置能耗过高的问题,对四合一炉进行改造,增设余热回收系统及凝结水/空气换热器等设备。改造后提高加热炉热效率,减少瓦斯消耗,降低装置能耗。本装置结合实际的节能改造,创造了可观的经济效益,可以为同类装置的节能减排提供借鉴。
In view of the high exhaust gas temperature of the 1.2-mt / a domestic four-in-one continuous reformer unit resulting in high energy consumption of the unit, the four-in-one boiler is retrofitted with waste heat recovery system and condensate / air heat exchanger equipment. After the transformation, it will increase the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, reduce the gas consumption and reduce the energy consumption of the installation. The device combined with the actual energy-saving renovation, creating considerable economic benefits, can provide reference for the energy-saving emission reduction of similar devices.
