长沙市某地下工程布置在距地表以下30米深处,施工时利用一口深度为32米的竖井作提升井,采用自制简易罐笼,0.75米~3U型矿车作单钩提升。根据当时现场实际情况和设备条件,只允许安装一台单筒1200/1030提升机。而施工中的提升终端荷载超过了钢丝绳的最大静张力。我们采取带简易平衡锤的方法解决了这一问题。通过两年多的使用,证明效果很好。
An underground project in Changsha City is arranged 30 meters deep below the surface. A shaft with a depth of 32 meters is used as a lifting shaft for construction. A simple self-made cage and a 0.75-m to 3-U type tub are used as single hooks for lifting. According to the actual situation at the scene and equipment conditions, only to install a single cylinder 1200/1030 hoist. The construction of the terminal load exceeds the maximum static tension wire rope. We adopted a simple counterweight method to solve this problem. After more than two years of use, it proved to be very effective.
