目的观察曲普瑞林联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将279例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组140例和对照组139例。对照组给予曲普瑞林肌内注射,治疗组在此基础上加服桂枝茯苓胶囊,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.71%高于对照组的76.26%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫肌瘤患者采用曲普瑞林和桂枝茯苓胶囊联合治疗,临床效果显著、治愈率高、并发症少,值得应用推广,显著提高患者了生命的质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of triptorelin combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 279 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into treatment group (140 cases) and control group (139 cases). The control group was given triptorelin intramuscular injection, the treatment group on the basis of this service plus Guizhi Fuling capsule, observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.71% in the treatment group and 76.26% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of uterine fibroids with triptorelin and Guizhi Fuling capsules combined treatment, a significant clinical effect, high cure rate, fewer complications, it is worth applying the promotion, significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
