计算机与微电子发展研究中心(CCID)又名中国软件评测中心,是原隶属于电子工业部的国家一类科研事业单位,是计算机与微电子行业权威的决策研究咨询和信息服务中心,是联接政府、行业、主管部门、产业界、应用部门及用户相互之间的桥梁和纽带。全国最大的软件评测机构——中国软件评测中心设在CCID。中国计算机行业协会、另计算机用户协会、中国软件行业协会、中文信息学会学术委员会等社团常设机构设在CCID。
