本文研究了~(20)Cr_2Ni_4A 钢渗碳和碳氮共渗滚子的残余奥氏体对其接触疲劳寿命的影响。采用不同的热处理,以便在滚子表层获得不同数量的残余奥氏体。接触疲劳试验是在类似于齿轮轮齿的条件下进行的。结果表明:滚子的表面耐久性能随残余奥氏体数量的增加而明显地增加;碳氮共渗试件比渗碳试件具有比较高的承载能力也是由于其具有较多数量的残余奥氏体。
In this paper, the effect of retained austenite on the contact fatigue life of ~ (20) Cr_2Ni_4A steel with carburizing and carbonitriding was studied. Different heat treatments were used to obtain different amounts of retained austenite on the surface of the roller. Contact fatigue test is similar to the gear tooth conditions. The results show that the surface durability of the roller obviously increases with the increase of the retained austenite number. The carbonitriding test piece has a higher carrying capacity than the carburized test piece due to its relatively large amount of residual austenite body.
