政府职能转变的法治化是我国政府由全能型向服务型转变的必然要求和客观需要。在科学发展观的指导下,加快转变政府职能,将政府职能转变纳入到法治化轨道必将为我国当前的经济建设和实现和谐社会产生积极影响。
The rule of law in the transformation of government functions is an inevitable requirement and an objective need for our government to transform from an all-around society to a service-oriented one.
