随着市场经济体制改革的持续深化,现代化职教体系的飞速发展,这使高校商务日语人才教学培养面临深层次改革。具备良好的道德品质及稳固的日语基础和全方位文化素养,再加上过硬的心理素质及娴熟的商务技能等,这些均是高级商务日语人才培养跨文化交际能力及职场适应力的主要条件。本文着眼于日语人才市场需求,深层分析了高校日语教学改革,并提出实用性应用策略。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy system and the rapid development of the modern vocational education system, the teaching reform of the business Japanese talents in colleges and universities is facing deep reforms. Having a good moral character, a solid Japanese foundation and a full range of cultural literacy, coupled with excellent mental qualities and skilled business skills, are the main requirements for senior business Japanese language personnel to develop intercultural communicative competence and workplace adaptability. This paper focuses on the Japanese talent market needs, in-depth analysis of the reform of Japanese teaching in universities, and put forward practical application strategies.
