目的探究不同体质量指数的青年哮喘患者肺功能的相关性分析。方法选取2012年1月至2017年1月重庆市沙坪坝区林园医院收治的86例青年(18~44岁)哮喘患者,按照体质量指数分为正常组(<24 kg/m2)32例、超重组(24~28 kg/m2)26例、肥胖组(≥28 kg/m2)28例,根据《支气管哮喘防治指南》中的相关定义判定患者的病情严重程度,采用肺功能检测仪测量第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、用力呼气25%流速(FEF25)、用力呼气50%流速(FEF50)、用力呼气75%流速(FEF75)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)。结果与正常组相比,超重组和肥胖组的哮喘病情较严重(Z=13.798,P=0.001)。正常组哮喘患者的FEV1、FEF25/pre、FEF50/pre、FEF75/pre和PEF/pre肺功能检测结果均高于超重组和肥胖组(均P<0.05),超重组FEV1、FEF50/pre、FEF75/pre和PEF/pre肺功能检测结果均高于肥胖组(均P<0.05)。结论体质量指数与青年哮喘的发生具有相关性,且随着体质量指数的增加,青年哮喘患者的病情严重程度增加,肺功能下降。
Objective To explore the correlation between lung function of young asthma patients with different body mass index. Methods From January 2012 to January 2017, 86 young (18-44 years old) asthmatic patients admitted to Linyuan Hospital of Shapingba District in Chongqing were divided into normal group (<24 kg / m2) 32 cases according to body mass index, 26 cases were overweight (24 ~ 28 kg / m2) and 28 cases were overweight (≥28 kg / m2). According to the definition of “Bronchial Asthma Prevention and Control Guideline”, the severity of the illness was evaluated. The pulmonary function detector FEV 1, FEF 25, FEF 50, FEF 75, FVC, and peak expiratory flow rate (FVC) PEF). Results Compared with the normal group, asthma was more serious in the overweight and obesity groups (Z = 13.798, P = 0.001). The results of FEV1, FEF25 / pre, FEF50 / pre, FEF75 / pre and PEF / pre pulmonary function tests in normal group were higher than those in overweight and obesity groups (all P <0.05), FEV1, FEF50 / pre, FEF75 / pre and PEF / pre pulmonary function test results were higher than the obese group (P <0.05). Conclusion The body mass index is correlated with the occurrence of asthma in young people. With the increase of body mass index, the severity of asthma in young patients increases and the lung function decreases.
