本文对白兰瓜成熟及贮藏期间呼吸规律及内源激素(脱落酸ABA与乙烯)的变化作了测定。结果表明,花后46天采收的白兰瓜,在室温(25~28℃)下第6天进入呼吸高峰期。果肉从花后41天出现ABA,其含量随成熟与衰老而增加。种子在成熟以后出现ABA,随贮藏期的延续而消失。内源乙烯从花后41天时开始微量出现,采后第5~6天达到高峰,11天时降至低水平,到21天又略有回升,以后迅速减少直至消失。本文对白兰瓜易腐烂变质的原因,也进行了讨论。
In this paper, the regulation of respiration and the change of endogenous hormones (abscisic acid ABA and ethylene) during the ripening and storage period of Brassica chinensis were determined. The results showed that the white melon harvested 46 days after anthesis reached the peak of respiratory cycle on the 6th day at room temperature (25 ~ 28 ℃). Absence of ABA occurs 41 days after anthesis, and its content increases with maturation and aging. Seeds appear ABA after maturation, disappear with the extension of the storage period. Endogenous ethylene began to trace from 41 days after anthesis, reached its peak on the 5th to 6th day after harvesting, dropped to the low level on the 11th day, slightly rose again on the 21st day, then disappeared rapidly afterwards. This article also discusses the reasons for permenant perishable metamorphosis.
