我厂变速箱体(材料HT20—40)上的Φ14拨叉轴孔,在铰削中出现孔表面粗糙、沟痕和环状刀纹等缺陷,阀体(材料HT20—40)上的Φ20阀杆孔,铰削中出现直纹刀痕,有时还研磨不光。针对铰削中出现的弊病,我们研制了交错齿铰刀,如图1,图中1、3、5号齿为校准齿,2、4、6号齿为挤压齿。本铰刀使用效果很好。交错齿铰刀是在普遍铰刀的校准部分增加了挤压齿,同时又吸取了单刃硬质合金铰刀一齿切削两齿导
