本文采用大鼠全脑缺血模型,观测脑缺血再灌流脑组织Ca~(2+)依赖性中性蛋白酶(calci-um-activated neutral proteinase,calpain)活性的变化及海马C_(A1)区神经元损害改变。结果显示脑缺血再灌流脑组织calpain Ⅰ和calpain Ⅱ活性都明显升高(P<0.01),C_(A1)区神经元密度相应下降,提示calpains在脑缺血损害过程中可能起一定作用。
In this study, we used rat model of global cerebral ischemia to observe the changes of Ca 2+ -dependent neutral proteinase (calpain) activity in brain tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion and the changes of C_ (A1) Neuronal damage changes. The results showed that the activity of calpain Ⅰ and calpain Ⅱ were significantly increased (P <0.01) and the density of neurons in C_ (A1) zone decreased after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, suggesting that calpains may play a role in the process of cerebral ischemia.
