学生的精神状态直接决定其外在行为,只有充分调动学生的内在驱动力和积极性,教师才能真正意义上去教育学生,实现学生的进步,让学生的潜力得到发挥。主要结合自身经历介绍了在班级管理中如何提升学生的精神状态和班级生活质量。
