医院作为一个服务大众的窗口单位,医患关系状况是医院生存与发展的基础,建立良好的医患沟通与合作关系将有利于医院的发展,因此,医院践行群众路线有其重要性和必要性,深化医患沟通服务更是提高医院满意度和社会知名度的有效途径。结合本单位工作实践,通过完善交流平台、设立“民情日记”、走访各村(社区)、领导现场办公、满意度调查、换位就医体验等多种手段,完善反馈机制,畅通医院沟通渠道,从而有效提升群众满意度。
As a window unit serving the general public, the relationship between doctors and patients is the basis for the survival and development of the hospital.
