本文根据制品和窑车衬砖的不稳态导热方程、气体连续性方程、热平衡方程及物料平衡方程,提出了隧道窑计算机定温定氧控制动态数学模型,并用 FORTRAN 语言,在 NCR-8570型电子计算机上作了数值模拟实验研究,得到了燃料耗量、一次空气量、送冷风量、排烟量等随时间的变化关系。研究了隧道窑烧成带气氛制度与燃耗的关系以及气氛制度的稳定性。笔者认为,本文的动态数学模型使计算机数学模型在线控制隧道窑成为可能,下一步尚需研制实用控制数学模型。
Based on the unsteady thermal conductivity equation, gas continuity equation, heat balance equation and material balance equation of kiln car lining brick, a dynamic mathematical model of constant temperature and oxygen control in tunnel kiln was put forward. In FORTRAN language, Computer simulation experiments were made, the fuel consumption, primary air volume, sending cold air volume, exhaust volume and other changes over time. The relationship between atmosphere system and fuel consumption in tunnel kiln firing zone and the stability of atmosphere system were studied. In my opinion, the dynamic mathematical model in this paper makes it possible to control the tunnel kiln with computer mathematical models online. The next step is to develop a mathematical model of practical control.
