目的:研究犀角地黄汤对急性皮肤炎症及迟发型变态反应性皮炎的作用,探讨其治疗皮肤病血热证的治疗作用及作用机理。方法:选用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型、二硝基氯苯诱导的迟发型变态反应皮炎小鼠模型,观察犀角地黄汤对小鼠耳肿胀度及胸腺、脾指数及血清中IFN-γ的影响。结果:犀角地黄汤组二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀有所减轻,但与模型组比较无明显差异。犀角地黄汤大剂量组能够显著抑制二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀,与模型组相比较有明显差异。而大剂量组能够抑制小鼠脾指数的增高及血清中IFN-γ的增高,与模型组比较有明显差异。结论:犀角地黄汤对二甲苯刺激导致的急性皮肤炎症作用不明显,而对小鼠迟发型变态反应性皮炎具有明显的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Xijiaodihuang Decoction on acute cutaneous inflammation and delayed allergic dermatitis, and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xieke Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of blood heat syndrome of skin diseases. METHODS: Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model and dinitrochlorobenzene-induced delayed allergic dermatitis mouse model were used to observe the degree of ear swelling, thymus gland, spleen index and serum IFN-γ in mice. influences. RESULTS: The ear swelling of mice caused by xylene in Xiaojingdihuang Decoction group was reduced, but there was no significant difference compared with the model group. The high-dose Xihuangdihuang decoction significantly inhibited dinitrochlorobenzene-induced ear swelling in mice, which was significantly different from that in the model group. The high-dose group could inhibit the increase of spleen index and the increase of serum IFN-γ in mice, which was significantly different from the model group. Conclusion: The effect of Xijiao Decoction on the acute skin inflammation caused by xylene stimulation is not obvious, but it has a significant inhibitory effect on mice with delayed allergic dermatitis.
