本文用GC／MS方法建立了人尿中类固醇类药物美保龙（Mibolerone）及其代谢产物的监测方法，根据甾体在人体内代谢的一般规律和对质谱图的分析，在受试者的尿液中，确认检出美保龙原形和六种代谢产物，并测定了它们的代谢消除曲线。
In this paper, GC / MS method was used to establish the monitoring method of the human steroid drug Mibolerone and its metabolites. According to the general rules of the metabolism of steroids in human body and the analysis of mass spectrum, In the liquid, it was confirmed that methicillin and six metabolites were detected, and their metabolic elimination curves were measured.
