我国入世已一年,新一轮WTO政府谈判即将举行。为了在谈判中更好地反映港口界享有公平公正待遇的意见和要求,根据交通部水运司的意见,现征求各港对我国政府在新一轮谈判中涉及港口方面的更深层次的开放承诺问题,提出意见与要求:1.在我国加入WTO新一轮开放承诺中,我国港口企业有什么要求,需要政府在哪些领域内对涉及港口方面的深层次问题,纳入新一轮谈判的内容,以创造更大更好的开放承诺的环境;2.按照我国对加入WTO后应由港口承诺的事项和WTO规则,有哪些问题也要求国外按照国际惯例,作出相关的、公平对待的开放承诺;
