自读课文是教材中每个单元必不可少的一部分,其目的是锻炼学生独立阅读、整体感知的能力，也是实现举一反三能力的有效途径。自读指导要确立好教学目标，合理安排教学内容，注重效果检查，还要提供开放性阅读材料等等，以达到预期的效果。
