湖南是革命的主要策源地之一,有着丰富的革命史跡,解放以来、湖南省对革命历史档案资料和革命历史文物进行过几次收集工作,获得了很大的成绩。目前据了解保存在机关、学校、团体等单位和广大群众手中的革命历史档案资料和革命文物数量还很大。因此,必须把散存的革命历史档案进行一次徹底收集。中共湖南省委,湖南军区已于一九五八年十二月九日向全省各地发出通知,要求各机关,团体和广大群众对收集革命历史档案资料工作进行大力协助。各地接到通知后,都认真地进行了研究,将这项工作列为向建国十周年献礼的一
Hunan is one of the main sources of revolution and has rich historical relics. Since its liberation, Hunan Province has made a number of collection of revolutionary historical archives and revolutionary historical relics and has achieved great successes. It is understood that there are still a large number of revolutionary historical archives and revolutionary relics preserved in the hands of organs, schools, organizations and other units and the general public. Therefore, a complete collection of loosely archived revolutionary history files must be conducted. The CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Hunan Military Region issued a circular to all parts of the province on December 9, 1958, urging all organs, organizations and the masses at large to assist in the collection of revolutionary historical archives. After all the localities received the notice, they carefully studied and listed this work as a tribute to the 10th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China
