人力资源管理是一项实践性很强的社会活动,不同的国家地域特点、文化背景会对企业人力资源模式的选择产生较大的影响。当前我国企业的人力资源管理模式基本上是借鉴美国的,由于中美之间文化差异较大,一些在美国行之有效的管理思想和方法,到中国后往往会出现“水土不服”。在崇尚“人本管理”的今天,从文化相近的角度进行探究,借鉴日本企业的人力资源管理模式具有现实的价值。
Human resources management is a social activity with strong practicality. The geographical characteristics and cultural background of different countries will have a greater impact on the choice of human resources model. Currently, the human resources management model of Chinese enterprises is basically based on the United States. Due to the large cultural differences between China and the United States, some effective management ideas and methods in the United States often appear after China. Today, advocating “people-oriented management ”, from the perspective of similar culture, to learn from the Japanese company’s human resources management model has practical value.
