目的:总结丹参对正畸牙影响的相关研究进展,探讨丹参促进正畸牙移动的机制。方法:查阅相关文献,对丹参促进正畸牙移动的机制进行分析和归纳。结果:丹参可通过多种机制加速正畸牙的移动和牙周组织的改建。结论:丹参除可改善正畸牙的微循环之外,还可在某些其他机制的作用下增加正畸牙中破骨细胞的数目,加速正畸牙的移动。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of salvia miltiorrhiza on orthodontic tooth and to explore the mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza promoting orthodontic tooth movement. Methods: Consult the relevant literature, the mechanism of Salvia promote orthodontic tooth movement analysis and induction. Results: Salvia can accelerate the movement of orthodontic tooth and the reconstruction of periodontal tissue through a variety of mechanisms. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza not only can improve the microcirculation of orthodontic tooth, but also increase the number of osteoclasts in orthodontic tooth under some other mechanisms and accelerate the movement of orthodontic tooth.
