目的 探讨大学生在 SARS流行时期对 SARS预防知识及表现的了解程度及态度。方法 采用 SARS调查表对地处河北省唐山市某医学院校 1 695名在校学生和其中 441名学生进行了 SARS与 SAS调查分析。结果 男女生 SARS总分比较有显著差异 ( P=0 .0 2 1 ) ,SAS评分男女无差异 ( P=0 .3 69)。 1对 SARS的症状和诊断了解的 748人 ( 4 4.1 3 % ) ;2对 SARS传播途径了解的 891人 ( 5 2 .5 7% ) ;3认为医学实习生应该站在抗击 SARS第一线和医务人员一起工作的 483人( 2 8.94% ) ;4认为医务工作者战斗在抗击 SARS第一线首先保护自己的 3 2 4人 ( 1 9.1 8% ) ;5对 SARS感到恐慌和紧张的2 44人 ( 1 4.40 % ) ;6感觉 SARS影响自己睡眠、饮食和正常生活、学习的 2 48人 ( 1 4.63 % ) ;7认为在抗击 SARS斗争中应同时进行心理健康指导的 60 2人 ( 3 5 .5 2 % ) ;8对战胜 SARS有信心的 1 3 49人 ( 79.5 9% ) ;9面对 SARS应积极采取应对措施的 1 3 88人 ( 81 .89% ) ;1 0认为良好情绪肯定有助于提高免疫力的 1 3 70人 ( 80 .83 % )。结论 近 5 0 %的学生对 SARS的症状、诊断、传播途径是了解的 ,心理状态大多是正常的 ,但不能乐观 ,有必要进行系统健康教育
Objective To explore the degree and attitude of university students in SARS prevention knowledge and performance during the SARS epidemic period. Methods Using SARS questionnaire, SARS and SAS were investigated in 1 695 students and 441 students in a medical college in Tangshan, Hebei Province. Results The male and female SARS scores were significantly different (P = 0.021). There was no difference between male and female SAS scores (P = 0.339). 1 748 (4 4.1 3%) of those who were aware of the symptoms and diagnosis of SARS; 2 891 (52.57%) of those who knew about the route of SARS transmission; 3 considered medical intern trainees to be on the front line of fighting SARS and 483 (2 8.94%) working together with medical staff; 4 332 (1 9.18%) that medical workers were fighting to protect themselves first in the fight against the SARS front; 5 2 444 were panicking and nervous about SARS (14.4%); 648 people (14.63%) who felt that SARS affected their sleep, eating habits and normal life and learning; 7 (60%) thought that psychological health guidance should be given simultaneously in the fight against SARS; .5 2%); 8133 (79.5%) have confidence in SARS against SARS; 1388 (81.89%) responded positively to the SARS; 10 believe that positive emotions A total of 1 370 people (80.83%) helped to improve their immunity. Conclusion Nearly 50% of students are aware of the symptoms, diagnosis and transmission of SARS. Most of their mental states are normal, but they are not optimistic.
