目的:昼夜节律基因在分子遗传学水平构成生物钟,使得生物体的行为和内分泌、代谢及细胞分裂等各项生命活动呈现周期性、有序性和协同性。Brain and muscle arnt-like 1(BMAL1)基因是昼夜节律基因家族中的一员,在细胞中的表达具有特定的节律和水平,BMAL1蛋白能与CLCOK(clock circadian regulator)蛋白形成异质二聚体,参与调控细胞节律性的变化,BMAL1基因的表达异常与肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗疗效及预后判断有着密切联系。
OBJECTIVE: Circadian rhythm genes constitute the biological clock at the level of molecular genetics, making the life behavior of organism periodic, orderly and synergistic in all aspects of life activities such as endocrinology, metabolism and cell division. The brain and muscle arnt-like 1 (BMAL1) gene is a member of the circadian rhythm gene family and has a specific rhythm and level of expression in cells. The BMAL1 protein forms heterodimers with the CLCOK (clock circadian regulator) protein , Involved in the regulation of cell rhythmic changes, abnormal expression of BMAL1 gene and tumor occurrence, development, treatment efficacy and prognosis are closely linked.
