目的了解嘉定地区从患者肛拭和食品中分离的副溶血性弧菌菌株的溶血毒素基因特征。方法收集近年来嘉定地区从腹泻患者肛拭和食品中分离到的282株副溶血性弧菌菌株,应用PCR技术进行tdh基因、trh基因、tlh基因的检测。结果肛拭来源的226株副溶血性弧菌,其tdh基因携带率为96.90%,而分离自食品的56株菌株未见有tdh基因携带;肛拭和食品分离到的菌株trh基因携带率分别为2.21%、5.36%;肛拭和食品分离到的菌株tlh基因携带率分别为99.56%、98.21%。结论引起嘉定地区食物中毒及散发腹泻的副溶血性弧菌主要为tdh阳性、trh阴性菌株,而食品中主要是tdh阴性、trh阴性菌株。
Objective To understand the hemolytic toxin gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from patients’ anal swabs and foodstuffs in Jiading area. Methods 282 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from anal swabs and food from diarrhea patients in Jiading area in recent years were collected. The tdh gene, trh gene and tlh gene were detected by PCR. Results 226 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were found to have a 96.90% carrier of tdh gene, while no tdh gene was detected in 56 strains isolated from food. The carrier rates of trh gene isolated from anal swabs and foodstuffs were respectively Which was 2.21% and 5.36% respectively. The carrying rate of tlh gene isolated from anal swab and food was 99.56% and 98.21% respectively. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus caused by food poisoning and diarrhea in Jiading area are mainly tdh-positive and trh-negative strains, while tdh-negative and trh-negative strains are mainly found in food.
