华东电管局于一九八二年一月十二日在上海电力专科学校召开了华东电网热喷涂(焊)技术交流推广会。参加会议的有三省电力局、华东电力建设局、上海供电局、华东及三省电力试验研究所、各发电厂、修造厂、机械厂和上海电力专科学校等27个单位共58位同志。会议传达了一九八一年十月国家经委、科委在北京联合召开的全国热喷涂(焊)技术交流推广会的精神和内容及华东电管局热喷涂(焊)技术应用推广工作小结和今后打算;吴泾热电厂和望亭
On December 12, 1982, the East China Electric Administration held a seminar on the promotion of thermal spraying (welding) technology in the East China Power Grid at the Shanghai Electric Power College. A total of 58 comrades in 27 units including the three provincial power bureaus, the East China Electric Power Construction Bureau, the Shanghai Power Supply Bureau, the East China and the Three Power Research Institutes, the power plants, the repair factories, the machinery factories, and the Shanghai Electric Power College were present at the conference. The conference conveyed the spirit and content of the national thermal spray (welding) technology exchange promotion conference jointly held by the State Economic Commission and Science and Technology Commission in Beijing in October 1981 and the application and promotion work of the East China Thermal Power Administration’s thermal spraying (welding) technology.
