社区服务作为中国社会保障体系的重要内容,为适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,健全城市服务体系、深化城市改革,提高人民群众生活质量,促进社会主义精神文明建设,必须实现自身的可持续发展。为此,要实现社区服务向“立足社区、面向社会”的发展模式的转换;加快社区服务产业化的进程,坚持经营性服务与福利性服务相结合;坚持政府行为与社会行为相结合,树立“大社区服务”思想,把社区服务与社会主义精神文明建设有机地结合起来
