本文比较了土壤中全量微量元素分析预处理时,5种酸溶液与1种碱熔法的测定结果,表明HF—HNO_3—HClO_4酸溶法与碱熔法均能完全溶(熔)解样品.在用甲亚胺比色法测定土壤全量硼中,PH5.5时为硼与Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)分离的最佳酸度,加人10%EDTA0.5ml可以消除Al~(3+)的干扰,亦可掩蔽SiO_2的干扰.全量钼可用苦杏仁酸—硫酸—氯酸盐催化极谱法测定.
In this paper, the determination results of five kinds of acid solution and one kind of alkali fusion method in the soil total amount of trace element analysis pretreatment show that HF-HNO3-HClO4 acid solution method and alkali fusion method can completely dissolve the sample. In the determination of the total amount of boron in the soil by azomethine method, the optimal acidity for the separation of boron from Fe 3+ and Al 3+ was found at pH 5.5, adding 0.5% 10% EDTA to eliminate Al ~ (3 +) interference, but also masking the interference of SiO_2.The total amount of molybdenum can be measured with mandelic acid - sulfuric acid - chlorate catalytic polarography.
