我国《保险法》第五十七条是被保险人施救义务制度的相关规定,该规定虽然规定了被保险人需于保险事故发生时为施救行为,并对被保险人履行该义务之必要、合理费用予以补偿,但该规定尚存许多不足之处。本文首先指出了该规定存在之不足,进而提出了相应之完善建议。 Article 57 of the Insurance Law of China is the relevant provisions of the insured person’s obligation to provide medical assistance.
