本文应用苦楝种核提取物A对柑桔红蜘蛛(Panonychus citri Mcgergor)进行了室内和田间试验,对芒果小实蝇即柑桔小实蝇(Caetodacus ferruginea dorsalis Hendel)在室内进行忌避产卵试验。 试验结果表明苦楝种核提取物A对柑桔红蜘蛛具有明显的触杀效果。室内试验1%,2%浓度处理后24小时的触杀效应分别达94.53%,98.10%,均比50%托尔克的500×和1000×触杀效果好。苦楝种核提取物A对柑桔红蜘蛛还有显著杀卵效应,1%浓度的死卵率已达98.24%,2%浓度的死卵率高达99.69%,根据经济有效原则,采用0.5—1%浓度药液已达高效。田间试验的结果:0.5%,1%,2%几种浓度药液的防治效果依序为:92.82%,88.5%,93.37%。苦楝种核提取物A对芒果小实蝇有明显的忌避产卵效应:4%,8%浓度药液处理的果忌避产卵率分别可达65.78%,和70.39%。田间必须在芒果开始成熟时喷药,以达到保果减少小实蝇产卵为害的目的。可作为对柑桔红蜘蛛和芒果小实蝇采用综合治理的有效措施之一。
In this paper, laboratory tests were conducted on Panonychus citri Mcgergor with Neem Extract A and indistinct eggs in the laboratory using Caramel’s ferrusinea dorsalis Hendel. The experimental results show that Neem extract A has clear contact effect on citrus red spider. The results showed that the contact effects of 1% and 24% after 2% concentration treatment in laboratory were 94.53% and 98.10% respectively, which were better than 500% and 1000 × contact efficiency of 50% Tolk. Neem extract A had significant killing effect on citrus red spider, the dead egg rate reached 98.24% at 1% concentration and 99.69% at 2% concentration. According to the economic principle, % Concentration of liquid has reached high efficiency. The results of field experiments: The control effects of several concentrations of 0.5%, 1% and 2% were 92.82%, 88.5% and 93.37% respectively. Neem extract A showed obvious repellent effect on spider mites: 4%, 8% and 8%, respectively, reached 65.78% and 70.39%, respectively. Field must be sprayed when the mango began to mature, in order to achieve the goal of reducing the fruit spawning eggs. It can be used as one of the effective measures for comprehensive management of citrus spider mites and mango fruit flies.
