全国人大常委会新闻局和研究室、广东省人大常委会办公厅与湛江市人大常委会共同主办的全国依法治国理论与宣传研讨会,于10月7目至10日在我省湛江市召开。这次会议是我国人大系统第一次全国性的以依法治国为主题的会议。来自全国31个省、自治区、直辖市人大常委会机关负责同志,全国知名法学家、论文作者共110多人参加了会议。会上有20多位同志发言,交流了研讨成果。全国人大常委会副秘书长周成奎在总结中指出:这次会议是在党的十五大闭幕不久召开的会议,会议把十五大提出的依法治国,建设社会主义
The National Information and Research Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the General Office of Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress and the Zhanjiang Municipal People’s Congress co-sponsored by the country according to law theory and propaganda seminar, October 7 to 10 in Zhanjiang City, Zhejiang Province. This meeting is the first time that our NPC system has the theme of governing the country by law. More than 110 participants from responsible organs of comrades of organs of the NPC Standing Committee, 31 nationally renowned jurists and dissertations from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government attended the conference. More than 20 comrades spoke at the meeting and exchanged the results of the seminar. Zhou Chengkui, deputy secretary-general of the NPC Standing Committee, pointed out in the summary: This meeting was held shortly after the conclusion of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The meeting proposed that the 15th CPC Congress put the principle of governing the country according to law and building socialism
