DSQ—P系列高抛输送机是一种新型移动式高仓进粮机械。本系列产品具有抛料功能,定点作业量比相应规格的 U 型移动胶带输送机提高六倍左右;入仓后粮面较平整,粮质较均匀,有利于“双低”规范化储粮;在堆粮高度为5米或5米以上的高仓中使用,可使仓容利用率提高30%左右。自八四年十二月鉴定投产以来,已小批量生产五十余台,受到基层粮库职工的欢迎,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。现简介如下:一、主要部件结构与功能本系列高抛输送机均由主机、带式抛运机和电气控制系统组成,总体结构见图1。1.主机主机继承了 U 型输送机结构型式,主要由进料斗、花纹胶带、支承装置、前机架、后机架、驱动装置、张紧装置、导向装置、升降行走机构等组成。在相同带宽条件下,所有滚筒及上、下托辊均可在系列内各种长度的产品中互换,也可与粮食系统已定型的 U 型输送机互换。标准化、通用化程度较高。为满足高仓增加堆粮高度的需要而又不致于把机身做得过长,主机采用了能高倾角输送粮食的专用花纹胶带,实践证明,采用这种胶带后主机能较好地完成粮食进仓的输送及提升任务。
