小组合作学习能够提升学生团队合作能力,满足小组各个成员个性化的需求。在初中体育教学中,运用小组合作学习,教师要根据体育课堂教学内容,设计合理的体育课堂小组分组方式和科学合理的体育课堂教学方案,教师在小组合作学习中应该学会充分引导学生领会课堂教学内容,根据课堂教学的要求和学生掌握的实际情况,掌握实施小组合作学习的最好时机。
